We recognise the importance of the health and safety level for our employees, contractors, clients, applicants and everyone we are involved with, especially in the industries we service where lapses in best practice or WHS standards can create extremely dangerous situations.
Our duty of care is embedded in our culture, our operating systems, and is an integral part of how we do business every day. As part of our commitment to health and safety we have ISO9001 (Quality), AS4801 (OH&S), and ISO14001 (Environment) certifications.
Quality
As part of our commitment to excellence, we are certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards for our administrative processes, ISO14001 for our commitment to environmental management, and AS4801 certification for our commitment to occupational health and safety. The integration of these quality standards into our business model ensures our systems, our impacts on the environment, and the safety of our people are held to the highest standards for each.
While quality certification requires efficiency and clarity in systems relating to the three areas, these are not static guidelines. Quality is an idea that is dynamic. It means understanding that things can always be improved and that a better, safer or more efficient way of doing things is always possible.
At E-Tech, continual improvement is a core attribute on which even the quality certifications are based.

In the current modern world our environment is becoming more and more important on how we are looking after it. In fact, as natural systems become increasingly fragile due to neglect or abuse.

Community
At E-Tech Group, we take our commitment to the community very seriously.
For example, in 2016, following a staff vote, E-Tech selected Sydney Children’s Hospital as our new Charity Partner. Since that decision we have regularly provided funding and services for that great institution.
In order to promote a more egalitarian culture, we encourage staff to regularly volunteer time, services and make donations to a variety of community groups. Volunteering is one of the great things about Australians. When someone needs our help we are not backward in coming forward!
